This policy follows Apple App Store and Google Play Store rules, which take precedence.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions must be managed through:
- Apple App Store → Subscriptions
- Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions
Cancellation stops future billing. Current billing periods are not refunded unless required by law.
2. Refunds
All payments are handled by Apple or Google.
- Refunds are issued exclusively by the app store
- aroa cannot issue refunds directly
- Eligibility depends on store policies and local law
Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service itself or customer support.
3. No Guarantees
aroa is a digital experiential service.
No outcomes or results are guaranteed.
4. Trials (If Offered)
Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
Trial terms are disclosed at sign-up.
