Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how trials, subscriptions, refunds, and account deletion work for aroa. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Free trial and subscription prices

aroa offers a one-week free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to the subscription you selected. In India, aroa is currently ₹79 per month or ₹790 per year. The relevant app store will show the applicable price, renewal date, and terms before you confirm the subscription.

2. Cancelling a subscription

Apple App Store and Google Play manage subscriptions. To cancel, use the subscription settings in the store account used to buy aroa. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally lets you use the paid features until the current billing period ends. Deleting the aroa app or account does not cancel a store subscription.

3. Refunds

Apple App Store and Google Play decide and process refunds for purchases made through their platforms. Please request a refund through the relevant store. aroa cannot directly issue, cancel, or change a store payment. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

4. Deleting your account and data

You can request account deletion through in-app settings where available or by emailing pausewitharoa@gmail.com. We will delete data that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you, including account information, journal and mood entries, credentials, and preferences, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.

We may retain anonymised or aggregated usage and awareness statistics that can no longer reasonably be linked to you, solely to improve aroa. Account deletion is separate from cancelling a subscription.
