Intercepts are the pause screens that appear when you open a Distracting App. They’re aroa’s way of creating a pause between you and the app — just enough space to make a conscious choice.
On days when distractions feel overwhelming and you need a hard reset, Hardcore Mode lets you block your Distracting Apps completely for 24 hours. No exceptions, no override.
